An application is required to use Miné. Renewal is required in July of even-numbered years. Please read the Terms of Use carefully before submitting an application.
Terms of Use
These terms and conditions govern the use of services provided by the National Institute of Biomedical Innovation, Health, and Nutrition (hereafter referred to as "the Institute") on the Miné website (hereafter referred to as "the Site"). All users of the Miné website are deemed to have agreed to the terms and conditions of use set forth below.
Copyright
- The content of this site belongs to the Institute, unless otherwise specified.
- When presenting findings obtained through the use of PRISM results, it must be clearly stated that the findings were obtained through the PRISM Results Provision Service.
Disclaimer
- Except in the case of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Institute, the Institute shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the use of the Site by the User, and the User shall indemnify and hold the Institute harmless from any and all such liability.
- The Institute shall not be liable for, and the User shall indemnify and hold the Institute harmless from, any and all disputes arising between the User and other Users or between the User and any third party in connection with the use of this Site.
- The Institute reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time and from time to time. By using the Site after any modification of these Terms of Use, the User shall be deemed to have agreed to the modified Terms of Use.
Prohibited Items
The following are prohibited in using this site. If any of the prohibited acts or improper conduct are found, appropriate measures, including legal action, will be taken.
- Actions that violate laws and regulations or are related to criminal activity
- Infringement on the assets or rights of this site
- Commercial use of information obtained through the use of this site
- Any other actions that are detrimental to the Institute or users of this site
- Disclosure of IDs and passwords provided by the Institute to any person other than those who use the Site within the organization to which the person belongs
Other
Please observe the following rules when using this site.
- The Institute will not be held responsible for any accidents or damages resulting from the use of PRISM results. In the event of any damage or loss incurred by the Institute as a result of a violation of the above, the Institute will seek compensation or payment for such damage or loss.
- Users must promptly comply with any request from the president of the institute to change or discontinue the use of the Miné Tool Commons.
If you do not apply for an extension of use, you will be unable to use the ID and password provided.
How to apply
Proceed to Application Form, fill in the required fields, and submit.
■Examination and Notification
- After our office confirms and examines the information in the application and determines that the contents are appropriate, "PRISM OPF Support" will send an email titled "Update Your Account" to the email address provided in the application. Please access the link in the email to activate your account. The activation link is only valid for 12 hours.
- Please manage your ID and password properly.
- We reserve the right to deny your application if the registration documents contain falsified information, if it is suspected that you are using the site in violation of the law, or if your application is otherwise deemed to be invalid. In the case that your application is denied, the Institute shall not be obliged to disclose the reason for its refusal.
