2. Background and objectives

The flood of information about health foods is one of the main causes of disruption of healthy eating habits. Moreover, it is also related to the occurrence of adverse events associated with the consumption of health foods.
Therefore, we collect information on the safety and functionality of health foods. We provide this information to the public via our official website.
We also conduct risk communication with the public.

3. Overview of our research

We conduct research on effective risk communication methods for the prevention of adverse events associated with the consumption of health foods with the aim of promoting healthy dietary habits.
