This cloud type database was constructed by the program of SIP “Advanced diagnosis and treatment system using AI hospital” in 2020 in order to accelerate the data sharing of COVID-19 medical data.

This database has medical information of the COVID-19 patients, which include clinical information and sample analyzed data consisting of virus genome, immunological data (cytokine, SARS-CoV2 antibody, repertoire), host genome, and chest CT imaging data.

1,773 cases of medical information at multiple time points are in this database (please see the details in catalog data).

Advanced technologies such as secret sharing and secret calculation are used for security and protection of personal information in this database.
