Exercise and Physical Activity Guide for Health Promotion 2006
Let's target 23 Ex(METsEhour) per week by physical activity, of which 4 Ex by active exercise!

Following establishment of the EPAR2006, the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, Japan issued the "Exercise and Physical Activity Guide for Health Promotion 2006". Whilst EPAR2006 was prepared for the experts on exercise, this Guide was developed for the nation to increase the amounts of exercise and physical activity for their own health promotion. Under the slogan written in the above, this Guide was established with the aim to facilitate the nation to understand the EPAR2006 very well. In addition, this Guide introduces how to relieve metabolic syndrome, which was not included in the EPAR2006.
